The Story of the Rotten Apple

My name is Rot,
And I am an apple,
Which can talk.

Now I will tell you,
The story of my life,
In the Garden of Eden,
How I found out,
Eve is actually a bird-brain.

Before she ate the forbidden fruit,
She took a bite out of me,
And complained about my taste,
So I played a prank on her.

I told her God intends to make every fruit like me,
She screamed her lungs out,
Like she is in the Book of Revelation,
I told her to calm down,
There is one fruit,
Which God made an exception.

And so starts the Book of Genesis.
